Through the joy of gymnastics, our goal is to foster physical fitness and leadership skills in our children to enrich their lives and enhance their roles in our community with great importance placed on developing self-confidence and self-discipline.

Welcome to our new website!

Northern Twistars Gymnastics opened in 2008 and is the only gymnastics training facility on the Iron Range.

NTG has over 15 classes each month filled with boys and girls of all ages in a variety of different levels, from beginners to more advanced. As we grow, we are building a competitive team and plan to compete in USAG sanctioned meets next year.

CoachesCoaches Gwyn Roos and Lisa Fix, combined with a few part-time individuals, have more than 20 years of experience coaching gymnastics on the Iron Range.

Not only do we teach gymnastics skills but we are committed to building more self-confident, healthy and self-disciplined children. Besides our regular classes, NTG also has Open Gym times for all ages and a Toddler-only Open Gym, Private Lessons, Birthday Parties and Parents’ Night Out.
